Cancellations and amendments can be made free of charge up until 4 PM on the day before arrival (local time) for stays less than 7 nights. Please note aparthotel Birmingham reserves the right to charge on arrival a security deposit of GBP 100.00. We do not accept cash deposits and payment must be made by Credit or Debit Card. Upon arrival we will debit or do a pre-authorisation on the card and these funds will be returned on departure, as long as all terms and conditions are adhered to.
