ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by any third party.

Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

PRIVACY POLICY

BOOKINGS

All rates displayed are per room per night and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

One guest must be over the age of 18 to stay at aparthotel Birmingham.

A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee the reservation.  All bookings will require a pre-authorisation of a valid credit or debit card upon check in.  If you cannot meet the requirements of check in and are denied entry to the hotel, full charges totaling the first night’s room rate will still be applied to the card used to secure the reservation.

BOOKINGS VIA ALTERNATIVE TRAVEL WEBSITES

If guests book through any website other than aparthotelbirmingham.co.uk, please refer to your confirmation from them with regards any specific terms and conditions of your reservation.

CHECK IN

Standard check in time is from 3pm. Early check-in from 1pm is available at £20, subject to availability. Please contact the hotel reception directly to arrange this.

CHECK OUT

Standard check out time by 11am. Late check out up to 3pm is available at £40, subject to availability. Please contact the hotel reception directly to arrange this.

SPECIAL REQUEST & REQUIREMENTS

Specially adapted rooms are available, including wheelchair adapted bathrooms, with lifts in all public areas. Cots are also available, subject to availability. Please check with the hotel prior to arrival.

We will try our best to fulfil all special requests however, these cannot be guaranteed.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of room and rate selected. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.  Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the chosen cancellation policy.

NO SHOWS

In case of a no show, the first night’s accommodation will be charged as per the rate at the time of booking to the card that was used to guarantee the reservation. (Not applicable to advanced purchased rates where full charges will apply). 

For reservations longer than 1 night where we have not been notified of the reason for not arriving we reserve the right to release the remainder of the booking subject to charges as per the rate booked.

EARLY DEPARTURES

Cancellation fees will be applied in line with the cancellation policies of your rate plan. Typically this could be the next night’s rate on a flex booking or the remainder of the full stay for advance bookings.

aparthotel Birmingham reserves the right to cancel your reservation at any time with immediate effect if payments for reservations have not been made within the agreed time frames. 

We also may cancel your reservation in the event of severe weather conditions, acts of terrorism, fire, flooding, power failure, emergency evacuation, other circumstances beyond our control. In the event of such a cancellation, we will endeavour to contact you in advance and advise alternative options

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of aparthotel Birmingham and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this website without the prior written permission of aparthotel Birmingham.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on this website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, aparthotel Birmingham shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this website or the use or performance of the information, products, services, or materials on this website.

CHANGES TO TERMS

aparthotel Birmingham reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

HOUSE RULES

Check-In and Check-Out Times:
Adhere to the specified check-in and check-out times unless prior arrangements have been made.

Occupancy Limits:
Respect the maximum occupancy limit specified for the apartment. Additional guests may require approval and could incur extra charges.

Quiet Hours:
Maintain a quiet environment, especially during designated quiet hours, typically in the evening and early morning.

No Parties or Events:
Parties and large gatherings are not permitted in the apartment. Respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbours.

Smoking & Vaping Policy:
Strictly adhere to the property's smoking & vaping policy. Smoking & vaping is prohibited everywhere in the building.  Smoking or Vaping will result in a charge that will be added to your bill.

Pet Policy:
We welcome responsible pet owners, if a pet were to display aggressive behaviour its owner would be required to remove it from the hotel and grounds immediately.  The owners remain responsible for the actions of their pet/s at all times.    

Owners are responsible for any noise complaints in relation to their pets and continuing noise disturbance may result in the pet being asked to leave the hotel. 

All pets must be kept on a leash at all times when in public areas and grounds and owners must refrain from letting their pets on the furniture.  Any fouling in bedrooms, public areas and grounds must be cleaned up immediately by the pet owner, failure to do so will result in penalty payment of £100.

Maximum of 2 pets per apartment.  Dogs are not to be left alone at any time within the hotel or the grounds.

Pets are not allowed in the breakfast area or convenience store.

Pets that are deemed to be a nuisance or danger to other hotel guests must be removed from the premises immediately. The hotel reserves the right to make this decision at any time.

The hotel does not accept liability for any loss, damage or illness to pets.

Your room(s) will not be serviced whilst the animal is in situ.

There is a charge of £15 per night per pet to stay at aparthotel Birmingham.

Appliance and Equipment Use:
Use appliances, equipment, and amenities in the apartment responsibly and according to provided instructions. Report any malfunctions promptly.  No naked flames.

Lost or Damaged Items:
Report any lost or damaged items immediately. Guests may be responsible for the replacement or repair costs.

Security:
aparthotel front door is locked at 10.00pm, access can be gained using your apartment key card after this time.  Only named persons on the room will be permitted into aparthotel after 10pm

Utilities Conservation:
Conserve energy and water by turning off lights, air conditioning, and other utilities when not in use.

Deliveries
Please ensure you collect your food or postal deliveries in person at the hotel main entrance as staff members will not take responsibility for this.

Alcohol
No alcohol purchased outside the hotel is to be consumed in the public areas
