Genuinely excellent experience on all fronts

I stayed at the aparthotel last night and had a genuinely excellent experience on all fronts, so I wanted to let someone know. The room was spacious, well appointed and spotless. I didn't hear a thing from any surrounding rooms and slept like a log in a very comfortable bed. What was the absolutely stand-out element though was the staff. Whoever trains and hires your staff should be saluted, because all of them were genuine, helpful and friendly e.g. I passed a staff member in the corridor and was greeted with "good morning"; I went for a run, and was asked how it went on my return. Good service by genuine pleasant people is (a) rare and (b) a huge asset, so I just wanted to celebrate it. Thank you.

Amazing Hotel. Highly Recommend!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff, especially Alex, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Convenient, easy location for walking to the city.

Opened in January '24, clean, neat, aesthetically pleasing, quiet. Very helpful friendly staff. Our one recommendation would be to have a soft mattress topper. The bed is comfortable but for our bodies, the firmness was too much so we couldn't manage mire than 2 nights.
Would also have been helpful to provide USB charging points. We will be back. Thank you
